Responsibilities: Undertake market research and competitive analysis with regional personnel, provide market insight and help to define the marketing strategy, promotion plan and budget.Collect and analyze sales demand, competitor information and market dynamics and adjust product promotion strategy accordinglyOrganize, participate and implement the comprehensive marketing programs to support the business objectives for sales volume, market share, brand building and profitabilityProvide required selling tools, sales supports and tender support and carries out training to meet product knowledge needs of both internal sales and distributors sales force.Propose new product introduction plan to capitalize the market opportunities.Provide rolling sales forecast to demand planning quarterlyEstablishe close relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and professional bodies to enhance educational and scientific initiatives & collaborationsLiaises with global marketing team to get necessary product and marketing supports.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:At least 3 years product management experience with Medical background, bachelor degree or above. Strong marketing development knowledge and skills? training or teaching experience is a plus.
