MAJOR ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Execute technical and quality control during whole production process.* Establish, execute and modify production techenology process.
* Solve problems happened during production.*Bring forward continuous improvement suggestion, and lead team or develop colleague to lead team to complete the project.
* Ensure that all production operations are carried out in accordance with GMP.
* Establish new SOP and WI, and update according to relative requirement.
* Provide a safe working environment as required under corporate Safety Policy.
* train and develop manufacturing persons about GMP, Quality, Safety, Equipment Operation and Company Culture.
* Coach, develop and evaluate subordinats performance annually.
* Other assignments from production manager.
Personnel Requirements:* Bachelor degree or above, major in Pharmacy.
*5 yearswork experience in Pharmaceutical Plant and be familiar with cGMP. Experience in production management and / or continuous improvement is prefered.
* Fluent written and oral English ability.
* shift-work if necessary
