任职要求/岗位职责

1、设计并执行啮齿类动物药代动力学（DMPK）研究；
2、分析整理临床前药代动力学（DMPK），毒理动力学实验数据；
3、向上级及客户提交药代动力学报告，参与体外、临床前药物代谢研究的新药开发小组，并提供药代动力学实验方案；
4、熟悉英文文献，掌握相应学科进展，撰写并执行相应的标准操作规范；
5、深入理解药代动力学（DMPK）理论；
6、掌握药物吸收、分布、代谢和消除（ADME）的知识；
7、设计DMPK实验方案，熟练掌握数据分析包括DMPK模型及基础的统计学知识；
8、有临床前药代动力学及毒理动力学研究方案设计执行的经验；
9、熟练掌握动物实验技术。具有较强的人际沟通能力，良好的表达能力。
