基本职责：
1、参与细胞生物学技术的创新研究，支持干细胞分离，富集，纯化，扩增和追踪等项目；
2、完成分子和细胞生物学相关实验；
3、分析和讨论数据；
4、与团队其他成员一起合作优化实验。

任职要求：
1、细胞生物学，分子生物学，药理学或化学工程学等相关专业硕士学位，3年以上实验室工作经验；
2、少1年干细胞（动物或人源）实验操作经验，包括干细胞培养，向特定神经元细胞系的诱导分化等；
3、神经生物学背景者优先；
4、具有GxP从业经验者优先；
5、具备良好的解决问题的能力；
6、具备的团队合作精神；
7、具有较强的中文和英文交流能力；
8、有热情和公司一同成长。

其他要求:
熟练掌握分子和细胞生物学技术，包括DNA/RNA提纯，质粒克隆，哺乳动物细胞转染，实时PCR， 基因芯片，流式细胞术等
有实际操作动物经验者优先
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a growing team for product development in neural stem cell research area.

Essential Responsibilities:
1、Perform research in a team developing innovative stem cell technologies, support projects in stem cell isolation, enrichment, purification, expansion and tracking
2、Provide cell and molecular biology expertise to execute experiments
3、Analyze and interpret data
4、Cooperate with other team members to optimize experiments and deliver the results

Requirements:
1、Master in cell biology, molecular biology, pharmacology, chemical engineering or bachelor in one of those areas with minimum 3 years bio- or pharma- lab experience in academic or industrial R&D environment
2、Minimum 1 year hands-on experience on stem cell (human or animal), including stem cell culture and directed differentiation of stem cell into specific neural cell lineages etc.
3、Neuroscience background will be a plus
4、Experience in GxP will be appreciated
5、Demonstrated capability of problem solving
6、Strong teamwork skills
7、Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
8、Passion to grow with the company

Other requirements:
Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA isolation, plasmid cloning, mammalian cell transfection, real-time PCR, microarray, flow cytometry etc.
Experience of handling animal tissue will be a plus
