任职要求/岗位职责

Job DescriptionBudget/Cost control /Internal controlSet up effective cost control systems. Prepare cost budget reports. Agree budgets for activities.Manage budgeting, perform rigorous financial analysis and provide feedback and trend analysis to management.Examine operating costs, the income and expenditure of company. Make recommendations to reduce cost and enhance value.Build and implementing effective internal control framework as well as continuous process improvement.
Monitor and assess the achievement of financial performance and objectives;Work with Big 4 auditors to complete annual IFRS audit.
Accounts ReceivableMaintain up-to-date billing systemMonitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesResolve customer queries Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or in person.
Requirement:1. Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting, Qualified with an accounting qualification, such as CPA, CMA, etc.2. 8 years experience or above in finance, accounting or cost management and at least 3 years of management experience.3. Microsoft Word/Excel and Accounting system experience.4.With an solid competency of both written and spoken English.
5. Able to work under pressure and to tight time lines.
财务经理岗位描述：预算/成本控制/内部控制建立成本控制体系，编制成本预算报告，实施成本预算管理预算，履行缜密的财务分析工作和提供反馈意见并且向管理者提供趋势分析审查营业成本，公司收入和支出，以降低成本提高利润建立和执行有效的内部控制架构监测和评定财务部门的绩效主持每年与四大会计师事务所的审计工作
应收账款更新客户往来明细账监督客户延期付款及其他异常情况解决客户的疑问电话，邮件与客户沟通或亲自接见客户
要求：1.本科，会计专业，具有会计相关资质，如CPA,CMA等2. 8年以上财务，成本管理工作经验，3年以上管理岗位工作经验3.熟练使用Word，Excel，财务软件4.具有熟练的英语听说读写能力5.能够适应较大的工作压力和紧凑的工作安排
