任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述:
Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to marketing members in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers

3. Organize the staffs travel application, coordinate and supervise the flight tickets and hotel accommodation

4. Organize the administration for training center

5. Collect the weekly report and share with managers

6. Perform other related duties as required

Qualification Requirements

1. University degree with more than 3 years working experiences

2. Fluent English in oral and writing

3. Good planning and organizing skill

4. Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel)

5. Strong communication skills

6. Good teambuilding spirit
