任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support equipment installation, validation, troubleshooting and improvement through technical knowledge consulting service in AP regional manufacturing plants

2. Consolidate, summarize, standardize and document the latest electrical changes in AP multi-sites SAPA/RF machines technology and know-how

3. transfer SAPA/RF machine electrical technology to AP plant operations

4. Coordinate technical training resources in AP region

5. Lead machine technical governance

6. Liaison with internal and external equipment venders and govern the electrical / automation standards

7. Lead cross-function technical teams as needed to accomplish electrical improvement for achieving project objectives

8. Formulate and recommend engineering policies and technical work in accordance with project and business objectives

Qualification:

1. Bachelor education or above in electrical engineering background

2. At least 5 years rich experience in automatic machine construction and electrical development (multinational manufacturing company working experience in pharmaceutical or medical device is plus)

3. Solid technical understanding of engineering principles and up-to-date supervision process

4. Be familiar with automation, pneumatic control, servo motor control, and sensor system

5. Solid knowledge of PLC system and programming control (Allen-Bradley PLC experience is plus)

6. Analytical mind and rigour with initiative/independent working capability

7. Creative, entrepreneurial and innovative at the forefront of new technologies

8. Excellent communication skills and results driven capability through cross-function teams

9. Good computer skills in Ms-Office software and circuit diagram development software

10. Fluent in verbal and writing English

11. Project management skill and basic knowledge of high frequency technology is plus

12. Ability to travel to multi-site facilities within China and other countries (30% ~ 50% travel time per year according to specific projects requirement)
