Key Accountabilities
•； Facilitate the creation of a project strategy by working closely with the Project Director and Account Manager responsible for the opportunity.
•； Encapsulate the strategy, match our experience and interest with the opportunity, and express in a persuasive Proposal.
•； Work with operational teams to ensure scope, timetables and budgets and contractual terms for awarded studies are understood and appropriate.
•； Resource the strategy and develop a budget using agreed resourcing algorithms and pricing parameters and ensure CRU/client pricing strategy is applied to specific opportunity
•； Ensure strategy and budgets have appropriate functional input in the proposal and drive the review process to produce the final proposal deliverable on time.
•； Encapsulate project scope, timetable and budget, and legal binding terms and conditions surrounding the project, into a Contract and obtain appropriate internal review and approval of contracts.
•； Contract Monthly summary
•； Project finance quarterly review.
•； Knowledge management database development.

•； Skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
•； Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•； A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
•； Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail

Education
•； Bachelor or Mater of Biology/Medicine/Pharmacology

Language Skills
•； English proficiency in writing, listening and speaking

Minimum Work Experience
•； CRO or Pharma related working experience
•； Knowledge of clinical trials environment
•； DM & SA background is preferred, or, experience in CRA can be alternatives
