Role Responsibilities:

Adhering to documented policies, procedures and processes both internal and customer specifics.
Identify and resolve problems and issues related to training and delivery of training materials.
Work with company eLearning interface to implement eLearning platform.
Ensuring that the staffs get the necessary training according to training plan.
Coordinate the training activities, arrange meeting room, maintain training records and facilitate the trainers.
tracking the e-Iearning training course completed status through the tracking sheet, report the completed status
to head of department.
Develop new employees training plan/agenda and the individual training binder.

Experience and Qualification:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the above duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
University/Bachelors Degree or local equivalent degree/experience.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in clinical trial operation areas including knowledge and understanding of
GCP/SOP and the clinical trial process.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Highly proficient in the use of key PC software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and
the Internet.
Good organization skills.
Good oral and written English language skills.
CRA and clinical monitoring experience is a plus.
