任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述:
Job Responsibilities
? Meet service targets and KPIs to achieve high customer satisfaction
? Maintain, repair and support instruments
? Take responsibility for the whole repair /check process from stock-receipt until good issue
? Work according to TQM/FDA rules and follow TQM/FDA processes and SOPs
? Utilize the relevant database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness
? Give active feedback to the team/management
? Represent QIAGEN Repair Center as a high quality customer satisfaction department

Job Requirements

? Preferably Technical Education in Electronics/Mechanics, specializing in Automation or Medical Diagnostic devices
? Experience in maintaining instrumentation in Life Science/Medical Diagnostics industry
? 1 yr service and support experience in after-sales service role, preferable in Life Science/Medical Diagnostics industry
? Good computer skills such as MS Office knowledge
? Valid drivers license and willingness to travel occasionally
? Ability to lift ~50lb or ~25kgs
