职位描述:
工作职责:
1. 熟悉抗体, 检测盒, 蛋白等生物化学试剂的应用, 负责公司产品的售前、售后技术支持工作;
2. 与现有供应商协调客户服务事宜. 协同英国和美国团队处理客户和供应商的邮件;
3. 及时处理客户的咨询和投诉；定期进行重点客户的维护和跟踪，建立重点客户及产品应用档案，定期反馈产品应用信息;
4. 协助产品目录、技术资料及网站信息的编写；
5. 处理来自代理商的产品询价,配合他们进行销售
6. 处理国外同事的询价,在中国寻找新供应商

技能要求:
1. 生命科学相关专业硕士或以上学历；免疫学专业优先
2. 英语熟练,能和国外办公室直接沟通, 专业水平优良，能流利阅读和翻译英文科技文献；
3. 良好的多任务处理能力,能同时处理多项工作, 独当一面.
4. 良好的沟通技巧, 能与供应商,公司管理层,英国团队顺利沟通. 有礼貌,能完整描述和解释一件事情.
5. 问题解决者:找到问题的解决方法,在遇到个问题时不放弃
6. 主动考虑业务并寻找解决方案. 不要等待管理层给予解决方案
7. 计算机运用熟练；熟悉微软办公软件word和Excel的应用.

符合下列要求更佳:
1. 生命科学行业两年及以上经验
2. 生物化学学位 (方向和免疫学有关)
3. 跨国公司工作经验

Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the application of reagents such as antibodies, Elisa kits, protein etc. Responsible for answering customer enquiry and after sales.
- Coordinate with existing suppliers on customer service related issues. Use CRM system to log and manage customer and supplier queries in conjunction with UK and US team
- Regularly deal with the enquiry and complaint of customers. Maintain the relationship with key customers. Regularly give management the customer feedback of the product application.
- Help the preparation of product catalogues, technical data and website database.
- Coordinate product related enquiries from sales agents within China to coordinate their sales efforts
- Identify new suppliers in China and approach them for products and terms

Skills required:
- Master degree in Bio science field, majoring in immunology preferred
- Very good English skills to talk to the overseas office. Good technical skills and can fluently read and translate the research publication in English.
- Good multi-tasking skills that allow to work on several projects at the same time
- Very good communication skills with suppliers, directors and UK team. Polite and courteous and able to be describe an issue in full sentences and explain issues
- Problem solver: Find solutions to problems and don’t give up at the first problem
- Proactively think about the business and find solutions. Do not wait for the directors to come up with solutions
- Proficient in computer, especially office Word and Excel.

Skills desired:
- 2 years experience within a Life Science business
- Degree in Science (Biology preferred)
- Work experience with an overseas company
