Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training, demonstration and presentation to the customers
- Product technical support to customers and distributors in Molecular Biology
- Support clinical NAD sales and marketing activities such as workshops and seminars
- Support in monitoring and analysis of market , technology trend, and competition
- Assist clinical mangers in sales strategies implementation in order to achieve sales target, product penetration and brand visibility
- Establishing a good image of our products in the related market
- Maintain good relationship with KOLs
- Follow competitors key accounts
- Support the local distributors
- In-charge of the periodic distributor performance train the dist team on products and sales skills
- Follow some Key accounts independently from the distributor but do not do directly sales and customer service : including CDC and Establish the list of key accounts 2010
- Consult with the team members to conclude investigation; Close via departmental procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, in Molecular Biology, Biological science, or related majors.
- A minimum of three years work experience in technical marketing / technical sales, or product research and development in specialty Molecular Biology, IVD industry experience a plus.
- Good knowledge in real time detection, DNA fingerprinting, in-situ hybridization.
- Work experience in multi-national company / agencies is a plus.
- Self initiative and result-oriented and good team spirit.
- Good communication and presentation skills. Good analytical skills.
- Good customer sense.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
