JOB DESCRIPTION                JOB TITLE:   Application Specialist       Location: He Bei                                                                                              1.             PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB - Provide support and troubleshooting to internal and external customers.-Handle complaints per established guidelines:  open, follow investigative stages, and close.-  Internal & External product training provide-  Perform laboratory testing-  Develop new solutions for bioMérieux products.                                                                                2.             KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB Experience & Personality:   -  Minimum 3 years working experiences in hospital laboratory or technical support and troubleshooting experience in the medical device company, IVD experience is preferred-  Knowledge of bioMerieux’s product is preferred-  Good interpersonal and communication skills- Good team player and taking the ownership of the job responsibility Education & Knowledge:-  Bachelor’s Degree or above in Medical Technology, immunology or related major.-  Basic English skill of reading and writing-  Good computer knowledge         JOB DESCRIPTION   职位：  应用专员     工作地点：河北                                                                                       主要职责和工作目标 -  为内部和外部的客户提供现场技术支持和问题解决。-  根据公司操作守则处理客户投诉。-  为内部员工、代理商或者客户提供相应的技术培训。-  负责相关的实验室测试。-  根据梅里埃公司的产品特性，提供创新的技术解决方案。                                                                                具体知识和经验要求 工作经验和个人能力：     -  3年以上的医院检验科工作经验，或在医疗器械公司从事相关技术服务工作，所涉领域为体外诊断者优先。-  对梅里埃产品熟悉者优先考虑。- 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。-  良好的团队合作能力和高度的责任意识。 教育和知识要求：-  医学检验，免疫或相关专业本科以上学历。- 基本的英语读写能力。-  良好的计算机操作能力。  &n
