Principal Accountabilities主要职责：
1.Ensure all of the production activities are compliant with GMP and company quality policy; Strictly follow SOPs.
确保按照GMP及公司质量要求进行生产的各项操作,严格执行标准操作规程。
2.Achieve shift output in responsible area.
确保本岗位班产量的达成
3.Familiar with the operation and cleaning of the equipment used in responsible area.
熟练操作本岗位设备并能进行清洗等操作。
4.Strictly follow the company policy related with EHS; wear PPE based on SOP requirement; report and remove any hidden safety problem, ensure LTII=0
严格遵守公司有关环境、健康、安全的规定，正确佩戴防护用品，对发现的安全隐患及时汇报和消除，LTII=0
5.Report to supervisor about any abnormal situation including equipment, facility, people, material etc.
发现设备、设施、人员、物料出现异常情况时及时向上级主管汇报。
6.Support supervisor to manage temporary workers，including Quality, EHS and operation etc.
协助主管进行临时员工的管理，包括质量、安全、操作等。
7.Attend training related with responsible area including Quality, EHS and technical, can pass examination or qualification test。
参加本岗位相关的质量、EHS及生产操作等方面的培训并能通过相应的考核或资质认定。
8.Consumables usage control without unnecessary waste.
合理使用生产用耗材，不浪费。
9.Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
直接上级安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements 任职要求：
1.Education Background 教育背景（学历/专业）
Vocational institutions and above degree， Pharmacy related majors is preferred.
大专及以上学历，制药或其他相关专业优先。
2.Working Experience 任职经历
---have working experiences in pharmaceutical especially multinational company is preferred
有制药公司，尤其是跨国公司相关工作经验为佳
---Working Experience with tablet and capsule operation is preferred.
有片剂及胶囊产品生产经验为佳。
--- Familiar with GMP requirement is preferred
熟悉药品生产GMP的要求者为佳
3.Integrity and diligent
正派诚实,工作踏实、肯干。
4.Interpersonal and team working skills.
能与团队密切合作，协助他人。
5.Basic ability to read English is preferred.
有基本的英语阅读能力为佳。
6.Capable of taking all other roles in responsible area and can work on three shifts.
能胜任责任区内的任何岗位，并能从事三班生产。
