The Zhe Jiang Medicine Ltd. is looking for a Protein Analytics Scientist to provide expertise in developing our ADC drug. This individual will execute early stage purification and analytics, to ensure drug like properties, assist in cross functional development of research and development strategy, plan and coordinate the resources for the protein analytics function. The candidate identifies and conducts experiments to evaluate physicochemical properties of new biologic entities (antibody-like proteins) to identify any liabilities that could impact in vivo pre-clinical evaluations and drug product development. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will use his/her targeted skill set to accomplish the following responsibilities: Serve as analytical subject matter expert to support and advise design of characterization studies, data analysis and investigations Design and execution of analytical studies including utilizing protein chemistry and separation sciences to support our current development. Interpret results, assist in authoring technical protocols reports, analytical method descriptions and analytical CMC sections in regulatory documents Develop and execute analytical methods for protein expression systems, process development, protein characterization, and pre-formulation Leverage latest advances in protein analytics to develop, optimize, troubleshoot, remediate, qualify, validate and transfer analytical methods Develop and validate analytical methods in support of formulation, drug product development and stability studies. Qualifications : PhD in chemistry, biochemistry with 5+ years’ industrial experience in supporting method development and testing of commercial or clinical protein products Expertise in liquid chromatography, protein chemistry and mass spectrometry of protein molecules, experience in LC and LC-MS method development and qualification as well as hands on knowledge and experience with immunoassays (i.e., ELISA) Demonstrated success during a minimum 5-year industry experience in a leadership role, with a focus on pre-clinical to Phase I/II/III biologics development She or he should be a dynamic, independent, flexible, well-organized, pro-active, collaborative-minded individual interested in contributing to excellent research science in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.有兴趣的请投递简历至：hr@novo-biotech.com
