任职要求/岗位职责

Responsibility
Your responsibility will be the optimization of existing synthesis routes of active small molecules as well as the development of new synthetic paths for diverse clients projects. Within your position you will independently act as coordinator of your own assigned scientific project; according to the performance this might be expandable leading to the coordination of a larger (scientific-)team. You will regularly report in English the work progress directly towards our management and you will be in contact with our international clients.
Requirements
If you have at least a Master degree in the field of chemistry, complemented by relevant industry/ academic experience in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry (2 years minimum), feel familiar with requirements of commercial business such as flexibility, well-developed team spirit and pressure-resistance and besides Chinese you have excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), than please forward your full CV to pos-chemist@bicoll-group.com.
