任职要求：
- Bechelor degree or above， major in secretary / document field
- 2 year above work experience of assistant
- Skilled in computer, Office software and SAP
- Good organizing and time-management
- CET-4 is good, CET-6 is preferred

职位职责：
- Production document control such as SOPs, BMRs, training records, allocation, archive, circulation according to GMP requirement.
- Yearly and monthly cycle count for raw material, consumables ，difference analysis report
- Coordinate production consumables and others purchase requirement meet GMP requirement and SOP procedure, storage level control and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery according to production plan .
- Routine production office work, such as meeting preparation, minutes , staff attendance record, stationery control and statistic, arrange the trip etc.
- Collect& process production data, back flush the material and finish GR of finished goods on time.
- Back up of Production Planner, such as tracking the status for raw materials, packaging components, raise work orders timely.
- Coordination admin issues with other functions to ensure department smooth communication between different functions.
- Investment application in Lotus Notes and fixed asset ？
- Other duties required by the superior.
