a． 负责公司产品的市场调研，信息搜集与分析整理；
b． 负责制定区域市场营销策略的制订；
c． 负责销售人员及分销商的技术培训；
d． 负责公司技术的学术推广及产品销售过程中的技术支持；
e． 负责维护区域专家/协会/媒体的关系；
f． 负责维护与技术管理部门的关系。

——经历要求
a． 医学院分子生物学、临床检验等相关专业本科以上学历。
b． 两年以上医院检验医生、临床医生工作经历者优先。
c． 三年以上体外诊断试剂市场工作经验者优先。

——Job Description:
a． Responsible to market research, information collection and analyzing;
b． Work out local strategy and action plans;
c． Provide technical training of sales and distributors;
d． Responsible to the academic promotion of company technology and provide the technical support in sales process;
e． Responsible to maintain the relationship among the local specialists, associations and medias;
f． Maintain the relationship with the Technology Management Dept.
——Job Requirements:
a． Bachelor’s degree or above in Molecular biology, Clinical teat or related disciplines;
b． At least 2 years working experience in hospital as testing doctor or clinical doctor preferred;
c． At least 3 years working experience in Marketing Dept. of vitro diagnostic reagents preferred;
d． Excellent observation, communication and team working abilities;
e． Strong organization skills and abilities to open up;
f． Strong writing, speech abilities and good English skill preferred;
g． Integrity, honest, mature, confidence and motivated, good team working spirit.
