任职要求/岗位职责

能熟练操作各种化学实验室常规仪器，
熟悉常规有机反应机理，知道结构，结合文献，能完成从小试合成及中试放大，
工作细致，善于动脑，吃苦耐劳（工作地点：张家港保税区）

Can operate all kinds of chemical lab regular apparatus ,
Be familiar with regular organic reaction; knowing of the construction, can finish minimum test、pilot plant test、enlargement linking with the documents,
Work seriously, reflectively and can bear hardships and stand hard work
