岗位职责：
1.Be responsible for process enhancement and productivity improvement for automation assembly lines production in future under MFG department.
2.Be participate to attend automation improvement project and support process validation
3.Work with Section Manger to initiate possible project focus on waste rate reduction, OEE improvement, output improvement vs. capacity for automation assembly line.
4.Work with CI engineer to develop Lean manufacturing in automation assembly process, focus on waste rate reduction and OEE improvement
5.Work with QA engineer and continue improvement on product quality.

学历要求：本科或以上性别要求：不限语言要求：英语 + 普通话专业要求：不限年龄要求：25-55工作年限：5年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
1.Minimum bachelor degree in electro-mechanical or industrial engineering.
2.4~5 years experience in automation manufacturing, Medical device manufacturing experience would be preferred.
3.Preference: technical-oriented & experienced professional, be familiar with automation machine is a preferring.
4.Validation experience on automation assembly line would be preferred
5.Good project management, teamwork and communication skill
6.Lean manufacturing and six sigma background is preferred.
7.Good English in oral and written
