Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in business or management, At least 3 years planning experience in foreign invested company.
2. Have the experience in SAP implementation, and be skilled at the operation of SAP planning function (PP/PE).

Key Responsibilities:
1. According to market forecast,sales data and production volume,conduct data analysis and develop plant planning master plan & strategies.Be able to keep good communication with customers and focus on meeting customer requirements.
2. Have the capability to leverage customer demand and plant production capacity,and optimize production plan.
3. Control the plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis.Be familiar with MRP process and need work out effective purchasing plan via MRP process.
4. Perform annual budget related to long term planning, purchasing planning and inventory planning.
5. Has the experience of SAP implementation in production planning & production execution function.Be responsible to maintain SAP master data and support daily planning operation.
6. Will be the site team member of Planning fuction.
