任职要求/岗位职责
工作摘要：对区域零售重点客户进行日常管理，跟进并达成销售与分销目标，加强与总部沟通确保公司业务在门店的正常执行，并且需要控制费用成本及进行及时有效的沟通；保持与零售团队的良好沟通及紧密合作。
主要职责及任职要求如下：1. 公司政策的有效执行· 落实公司重点客户管理策略的有效执行。· 与市场部密切配合制定大客户营销活动方案，从而确保公司品牌在重点客户端的成长。· 与零售团队密切配合，从而确保重点客户团队相关活动的有效执行。2. 重点客户管理· 维护良好的客户关系，探索新的业务发展机会。· 完成年度重点客户合作谈判。· 监控重点客户的协议执行进度，包括合同条款执行、费用控制和风险评估等。· 了解市场变化，制定应对建议，并及时向上级主管提交市场信息。3. 费用管理 · 合理制定重点客户投资计划，符合公司相关规定。 · 及时跟进费用使用情况，确保真实有效。4. 信息收集管理· 按照SFDC的要求定期拜访客户，收集市场信息，并完成报表的填写。· 建立客户数据分析系统。 · 内部随时反馈，外部定期回顾。 5. 内部、外部的有效沟通· 内部沟通：与公司各部门保持良好的沟通。· 外部沟通：经常与不同性格、不同类型的客户交流沟通，使其接受公司及公司的产品和推广策略。 任职条件：1.医学，药学及相关专业，大专以上学历2.熟悉医药零售行业或快速消费品行业运作模式。3.具有大客户管理经验。4.2年以上相关工作背景。5.良好的计算机操作能力。

博士伦在中国有三家独立运行的公司和两家工厂，分别是北京博士伦眼睛护理产品有限公司，博士伦（上海）贸易有限公司和山东博士伦福瑞达制药有限公司,工厂分别位于山东济南和北京。
北京博士伦眼睛护理产品有限公司，建立于1988。主要生产和销售代表世界先进水平的眼睛护理产品，包括透明镜片，彩色镜片，护理产品等，实现产品的全面覆盖。公司采用美国博士伦先进的产品技术和制造工艺，是行业通过方圆及德国TUF公司ISO9002国际质量认证的眼睛护理产品制造和销售企业，和中国通过ISO医疗器械质量体系认证的隐形眼镜制造和销售商。
博士伦（上海）贸易有限公司, 主要经营博士伦眼科手术产品。博士伦眼科手术产品是博士伦大家庭中重要的成员之一，代表了博士伦立足于发展眼科高科技的企业形象。博士伦眼科手术产品主要包括白内障、玻璃体视网膜手术设备、人工晶体、相关耗材和手术器械等，种类齐全, 技术先进, 设计合理, 质量优良, 多年来在国际眼科界得到广泛应用，使全世界无数的眼疾患者重新恢复了光明。

Bausch + Lomb China consists of three independent legal entities with two manufacturing plants in China. They are Beijing Bausch + Lomb Eyecare Co., Ltd, Bausch + Lomb (Shanghai) trading Co., Ltd. and Shandong Bausch + Lomb Freda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.
