Responsibility

You will be responsible for account management and achieve assigned business quota.

Manage accounts in areas assigned to achieve or exceed sales quarter and annual targets 管理所负责区域的客户，完成或超过季度和年度销售指标
Take initiative in assisting client to construct, negotiate, and implement custom solutions 主动协助客户构建、协商并实施客户解决方案
Submit regular sales reports to line manager in format and contents as agreed by Company. Perform the role of regular market and competitive information provider for sales and marketing decisions 定期递交公司所规定的格式和内容的销售报告给上级主管， 提供定期市场和竞争信息以供销售和市场决策
Provide realistic rolling sales forecast on a monthly basis and assist line manager to prepare annual budget at year-end 每月提供真实的运转销售预报，在年底协助上级主管准备年度预算
Assist in the appointment of distributors and cooperates with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient inventory holding and coverage 协助指定经销商与供应链部门，保证充足的库存和地区覆盖
Promote products and services offered by the company to the customers (end users) 向客户（终端用户）推广产品和服务
Work closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national programs and activities. 与市场部紧密合作，以推动全国计划活动的实施
Possess basic marketing concepts and provide regular analysis and inputs to Company on strategic issues like growth opportunities and threats. 拥有基本的市场概念，给公司就战略问题例如业务增长机会和威胁提供定期的分析和意见
Keep updated with advanced techniques by continuous study and ensure appropriate techniques and skills are developed and consistently applied in daily work 保持不断学习新技术并发展应用到日常工作中


Qualification

You should hold at least Master Degree in Appropriate Life Science or Marketing discipline 生命科学或市场相关领域硕士学位
Good command of English in both spoken and written 英语说写能力俱佳
Good command of MS office software application 熟练应用微软办公软件
Product & Application Expertise 产品和应用的专业知识
You should have 5 years experience in Sales and /or similar experience in the industry 5年销售或相关领域经验
