任职要求/岗位职责
主要职责1， 负责医药生产企业生产计划安排与生产监控，确保按时、按质、按量交付产品；
2， 负责销售与市场需求的接口，及时沟通、反馈生产和供应进度，确保满足销售与市场需求；
3， 组织拟订试制、批量生产、生产安排方面的建议方案，并参与讨论和决策；
4， 协助公司对生产型企业或相关业务事项进行搜寻、评估和尽职调查，并提供专业意见或建议。
任职要求1．8年以上医药企业工作经验，有从事生产、销售、市场、战略管理的中高层经历；
2．熟悉医药生产过程控制的相关环节，对医药销售与市场有一定了解；
3．非常突出的谈判、沟通、协调和组织能力；
4．正直，作风硬朗，成熟稳重，有良好的业界口碑；
5．对行业发展和趋势有相当见解，有较强学习能力；有企业内部培训和辅导人员的成功专案优先。
