SUMMARY:
负责一般保安及物业工作，包括：维持清洁卫， 办工室管理， 设施管理， 存货／运输管理， 及其他指定工作等。与各种部门合作及提供有关服务，以确保公司得到完善的日常运作。协助生物技术实验室的工作人员和科学人员的日常操作。
Responsible for supporting and maintaining corporate facility; routine and long term building maintenance; shipping/inventory support; janitorial functions; general supply stocking; and, other special projects as assigned. Provides support to a variety of departments to ensure that routine operations are completed. Provides routine support to biotechnology laboratory staff and scientific operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
?清洁实验室仪器：使用自动洗碗机和烘干机清洁实验室的玻璃器皿和塑胶器皿，并把这些物品分发到实验室的存储库。
Clean laboratory instruments; process laboratory glassware and plasticware manually and by using an automated dishwasher and dryer; distribute these items to laboratory storage locations.
?标签产品瓶，并且回收储存样本；另外，使用高压灭菌器或过滤装置为实验室耗材和试剂进行消毒。
Label product vials; retrieve samples from storage; sterilize laboratory supplies and reagents by using an autoclave or filtration device.
?协助处理实验室设备和装置的装配。
May assist in the assembly of laboratory equipment and devices.
?保持实验室恒温存储设备，并检查其运作。
Maintain laboratory constant temperature storage devices and check their operation.
?协助物流人员传送及储存公司产品及其日常用品。
Works with Logistics staff to assist in delivery and storage of company supplies and company products.
?协助运送及收取货品，邮件和其他特殊请求。
Assist with the pickup and delivery of supplies, mail and special need requests.
?协助运送和装卸公司内部的货品，日常用品，材料，及为公司内部的货品作出分布。
Assist with moving and unloading shipments and distribution of intra-facility packages and materials.
?协持储藏室的保养及卫生。
Assist with cleaning and stocking of pantry.
?保持工作区干净，整洁，并执行各方面的清洁工作，包括保持地板及长椅等实验室清洁，和清除废旧物资。
Keep work areas clean, neat and organized and perform all aspects of janitorial duties including maintaining the laboratory by cleaning floors, benches, etc., removing waste materials.
?符合公司安全政策的方式进行所有有关工作。
Conduct all work in a manner consistent with Company safety policies.
?可能涉及交办的其他项目。
May be involved with other projects as assigned.
教育和经验：
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
持有生命科学高级文凭或曾从事保安管理， 清洁卫生管理， 物流管理，或曾于实验室做后勤工作等； 以上经验者优先。
勤奋，上进心，能够有效地在不同的部门沟通。
Prefer an AA/AS degree in a life science or prior work experience in laboratory support, logistics, building maintenance, janitorial, and/or equivalent. Diligent, self-motivated and with the ability to effectively communicate across different departments are required.
物理要求：
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
手巧，流动频繁，经常弯曲或伸展，长时间步行及站坐。需能提起50磅的物品。
Duties require manual dexterity, frequent movement, reaching and lifting, extended periods of time walking, sitting or standing. Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds.
