职位描述:
Description
The Principle Scientist will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, analyzing, and summarizing clinical research directed towards Global Skin Care business needs.
This individual will be tasked with planning , developing, executing, and summarizing or research studies with complex features under excellence with minimal supervision using established and novel approaches, including standard in-vivo/vitro clinical methodology following the good clinical guidelines.
The candidate will be expected to operate with teams involved in basic and applied clinical research and to interact and to even lead the discussion with multi-function and other technology groups within the Global Skin Care business.
The candidate is required to collaborate with external subject matter experts such as dermatologists/Hospitals or research agencies to deliver the clinical test results and intellectual property.
The candidate is expected to present its results and findings to internal/external matter experts including scientific congresses under needs basis.
The candidate is expected to play a huge role in developing new methods/models and new ways to visualize/communicate clinical results to be adding value to the organization with a strategic mindset.
Qualifications
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 5 yrs of industrial R&D experience in consumer health care is required.
A comprehensive understanding of clinical science and statistics is required with the experience in running clinical studies under good clinical practice.
Knowledge in biology and physiology of the skin is highly desired.
The selected candidate must have a strong track record of accomplishments demonstrating innovative thinking/curiosity and the ability to learn and handle multiple short/long term projects simultaneously
Experience in PR communication, establishing network and connection with external matter experts is highly preferred.
Knowledge and experience in computer image creation to visualize clinical results is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in consumer understanding, claims support, and demo development is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skill in English and computer literacy is required.
