职位描述:
Description
The Principle Scientist will be responsible for creating, developing the technical rationale to support, and executing claims directed towards Global Skin Care business to be adding value to the Skin Care products and communication in the market.
This individual will be tasked with creating, developing the technical rationale to support, and executing the claims that owns a complex feature under excellence with minimal supervision using established and novel approaches.
This individual will be expected to work to solve potential technical issues or challenges involving claims or communications with sense of urgency as required.
This individual will also be expected to play a role in creating new methodology and approaches to achieve the goal of creating new claims and communication to be winning in the market.
The candidate will be expected to collaborate with multi-functional members including business members and other technology groups to interact and to lead the discussion to deliver the claims and communication.
The candidate is expected to present the product and technology information including the claims to external subject matter experts such as editors or consumers under needs basis.
Qualifications
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 5 yrs of industrial R&D experience in consumer health care is required.
Knowledge in biology and physiology of the skin is required.
Knowledge and experience in claims, demo, and communication development is highly desired.
A comprehensive understanding of clinical science & testing, statistics, regulatory risk assessment, consumer insights, and marketing communication is highly desired.
The selected candidate must have a strong track record of accomplishments demonstrating innovative thinking/curiosity and the ability to learn and handle multiple short/long term projects simultaneously with a strategic thinking.
Experience in PR communication, establishing network and connection with external matter experts is highly preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skill in English and computer literacy is required.
