职位描述:
SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE
1. Be responsible for lab daily operation and safety procedures to make sure that the lab practices comply with GMP, GLP and National policies.
2. Assign test of materials and products to QA lab team according to manufacturing plan, and support the supply chain with quick release.
3. Be responsible for the stability protocol review and carry out testing based on the approved protocol ,do investigation of OOS/OOT in QA lab and the sustainable improvement in physical and chemical lab
4. Be responsible for the test methods development and validation/transfer based on requirements to ensure the accuracy and precision of test method.
5. Lab consumable stock management and purchasing. New lab equipment purchasing and type selection within the budget, and make sure it is suitable for test requirement. Contract with vendor on annual maintenance program.
6. Support the audit of third party manufacturer and raw material supplier.
KEY REQUIREMENT
1. Good understanding of GMP ,GLP and lab practice.
2. Relevant experience requirements :
ü 3 + years experience in chemical lab, in which at least 2 years team management experience.
ü Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
3. Good communication ,coordination and team management ability, urgency in time, collaboration, complexity/change handling.
4. Relevant education
ü Bachelors degree and above (Chemistry, Pharmacy or other science course).
ü Fluent English in both written and verbal.
ü Good knowledge of Computerized Software
5. Other skills
ü Able to work independently and in a team.
